It is working offline for me too. On the server it won't work with
both the files folder created by BoltWire and a manually created files
folder. Permissions are 777.

Big but: Why can I upload with this form on the same server to the
same files folder?

[form]
Name: [text title]
[session filename {=title}.abc]
Select File: [file upload]
[box description rows=5][box]
[submit UPLOAD]
[session target picture.{=title}]
[session create]
[session changesummary "Page created [(time {now} %x)]."]
[session author {member}]
[session savedata title,changesummary,author,description]
[session nextpage {=target}]
[form]

Where's the difference? Puzzling.

Best,
Markus
