Last weekend, I finally created some Litebox pages that were not images but rather links to PHP pages that use a Flash Slideshow to display time lapse images. These use the Liteshow option which allows you to point to HTML (or in this case PHP) pages rather than just images.
Here are a couple examples (note that MSIE doesn't get the frame right for some reason. Adds scroll bars too which I have not yet figured out. *Radar Loops from GEOS WEST* Aprox 24 hour loop 97 frames. Updates about once very 15 minutes http://cumulus.tnetweather.com/radar/noaagoeswest *Wasp2-Lightning Map* About 45 frames for about 8 hours if I recall correctly http://cumulus.tnetweather.com/radar/swnwasp2 *Phoenix Visibility Webcams* Aprox 24 hour loop 97 frames. Updates about once very 15 minutes http://cumulus.tnetweather.com/webcam In each of the cases, after the page loads, you can click on the images to get the Litebox popup for the Flash slideshow. One great thing about Litebox, is that it allows you to display large images and content that would not look good on a fixed width page. For example, the Wasp2 maps is actually quite large. I have it displayed smaller though on the page. but when you click on it, the Lytebox shows it is full size as it is displayed as a rapid slideshow. It would still fit full size on the page, but it would be a bit large. The display of this in time lapse showing a storm coming in from the West is pretty cool. during the summary, you get to see the lightning strikes too. Note that I updated the Litebox plugin on the Boltwire site the other day to fix a bug with the liteshow option which is used for each of the above. http://www.boltwire.com/index.php?p=solutions.system.lytebox -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "BoltWire" group.
