Wow... That was a tough one to figure out... If you look in the skin,
there is a page called loginlogout.paper. Somehow it ended up with an
extra [form] at the beginning of the page. Not sure why or how it got
there. But if you delete that string it should work.

Basically it opens a form but doesn't close it. So the [form] in the
upload action is ignored, resulting in the form not working.  It seems
the skin needs some other tender loving care. If anyone cares to patch
it up, and reload it, I'd be much appreciative...  For one thing, all
the $ codes need to be converted to $ signs. And the actions are
not displaying right for me. It's a great skin. Would love to see it
updated...
