Layout not broken anymore. Well done. Only two issues I see: 1) There are <br />'s at the end of some (!) table rows (see below). But these do not cause visual problems.
2) White space above tables with headings in certain places: - snip - A white-space table: [t] [r][h]a[c]b [r][h]a[c]b [t] - snap - - snip - A non-whitespace table: [t] [r][c]a[c]b [r][h]a[c]b [t] - snap - This seems weird as the only difference is [h] instead of [c].
