not according to the html examples I found, but then, they could be wrong. The code I outputed works, however.
Other inputs, such as text, seem to accept/want <input STUFF disabled="true"> but lé checkbox didn't seem to swing that way. if any kind of = sign is acceptabe, it's just a matter of adding disabled to the list of whatchamacallems, of course.
