Simply edit site.auth.view (and site.auth.write) to include: *: @member
This will require the whole site to be viewable only to registered members. I would also recomend something like action.register: @guest in site.auth.view which allow new users to register. Depending on exactly what you want, you may only want to register the root account and then manually register other users. If so, remove the above line once you've registered the root account to disable unwanted registrations. Hope this helps.
