So sorry, that's right. The idea is to keep all the parameters in each command, and use simpler words where possible. Fortunately this doesn't mean too many changes--but it does mean a few. In the long run, it should make things easier for new users.
My apologies for not posting an upgrade script for sites. Or at least a list of steps you need to take. I'll try to get to that sometime this month if I can. In the meantime, maybe all of us can make notes of changes that needed to take place when you upgraded your sites and we can compile them--to help make sure I don't miss something.
