Thank you for providing a new version. On site.config autoindex should have the value "true" not "active".
I like to suggest to change the site index rule example. Add help* and mobile* since these pages are system pages. Delete header, main, footer from the rule since it would not index anything at all. And maybe we should rename site.index to site.indexrules. Maybe we should enhance action=search to provide a fulltext search by default on all pages except system pages. Unfortunately I have no idea how to do this. And Happy Birthday.
