Here's a nice release with several fixes and a few extensions to the new info vars within data vars feature. This release pretty much marks the end of my todo list for the 4.xx series. Will give us a few more weeks to make sure there are no bugs we haven't yet discovered--and will then upgrade to 5.00 soon after. Last call for new features...
Also, on a side note--I've begun work on the first of our seven modules--chat. I've had some great breakthroughs and added lot's of cool IRC like features. Hope to have that ready for distribution very soon. But you can get an idea what it will look like now at the BoltWire site. Go to Modules > Chat. There you can read the docs and see a basic chatroom working--pure dhtml. The only markup on the page is [(chat)]. Oh, and you can see the new dropdown menu I've added to the site just to make navigation a bit easier. Cheers, Dan *The Cutting-Edge Release* *boltwire4.19.zip <http://www.boltwire.com/index.php?p=downloads.go&v=4&r=19> October 21, 2014* - Removed zone parameter from markup functions (in functions.php). Use global $BOLTzone if need in plugins. - Now that have online docs, removed inline comments in some scripts to get download size back under 100k... - Added simpler loadcontent and savecontent functions to handle the new page:var content areas. Applied to more info extensions. - Fixed infovar function so can now do {page:var::field::part} - Fixed a bug in {+value} in query sorting. Also can no longer do {+value::1}. Just do {+1} - Slight bug in BOLTmakeJs function affecting plugins. - Fixed a recently introduced bug affecting indexing. - Improved pattern matching and indexing of tags to prevent false matches. Tags must now begin with a letter to block things like #1. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "BoltWire" group.
