After speaking to Jonny, I have removed and reinstalled Bongo from SVN
rev 596 as the remove-mdb branch was merged in yesterday so we are now
running 596. The IMAP problem doesn't seem to be anything much,
probably more to do with Evolution than anything else.

I took a look through the source of dragonfly.html, going back to
revision 10 and it has always been an empty "mailto" so I assume
somewhere there must be a script that intercepts this but I'm not sure
where to look! Any more thoughts? I've also installed ClamAV and
SpamAssassin but have no idea if and how they are working! SSL IMAP is
workign nicely too.

Once we can test the web UI more, we'll start changing some MX records
for one of our domains and give it some real email to test. Still, so
far as good. I am sort of building the Administrators guide on the
Wiki as we go along which may be helpful to others.

Also, is there a way to remove users? I know there is a bug filed for
the 'user list' command that doesn't work but am unsure about removal.
