I use latest bongo from darcs repo.

Bongo related setting in my ~/.emacs.d/init.el:
,----
| (require 'bongo)
| (setq bongo-enabled-backends '(vlc))
| (setq bongo-vlc-program-name "/Applications/VLC.app/Contents/MacOS/clivlc")
`----

My Emacs:
,----
| GNU Emacs 23.0.0.1 (powerpc-apple-darwin8.9.0, Carbon Version 1.6.0)
| of 2007-04-11
`----

I use "i" to insert my song files (all in mp3 format), and use "e" to
add to playlist. Then I found:

1. All songs with Chinese names can not be played. "SPC" or "RET"
pressed and nothing happened. It just moves to and plays the first song
with name all in English.

2. Chinese songs without Chinese in names can not be played.
I have a song named "2923.mp3" (Chinese song). The result is the same as
described above. I guess the reason is it has Chinese in song meta info,
and Bongo can not handle them.
