Save the Children is relief and development organization working to create lasting positive change in the lives of children in need, is urgently looking for qualified candidates to be our team member in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam.
 
HR PERSONNEL OFFICER
Based in Banda Aceh office, this position will be involved in day to day personnel administration and ensure that all process are in compliance with the approved policies and regulations.
 
Qualifications :
Minimum university degree with 3 years relevant experience. Excellent communication and solid computer skills are mandatory. This position will also require supervisory skills and detail orientation. Knowledge on manpower regulations will be an advantage.
 
 
SENIOR PSYCHOSIAL PROGRAM OFFICERS
(for Banda Aceh, Pidie, Bireun, Lhokseumawe and Simeulue)
As leader of psychosocial program in District, this position will involve in planning, managing supervising and monitoring Psychosocial activities in District referring to SC plan and strategies and in coordination with schools, local government and local partners.
 
Qualifications :
Minimum university degree with 3 years experience in relevant field. Candidates should possess technical understanding of psychosocial program and good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of District area will be an advantage.
 
 
PSYCHOSOCIAL TRAINING OFFICERS
(for Banda Aceh, Pidie, Bireun, Lhokseumawe and Simeulue)
This position will be responsible in implementing psychosocial trainings and other psychosocial activities in Districts for children, teachers, parents, cadres and other local partners in schools and other locations.
 
Qualifications :
Minimum university degree with 1 years experience in relevant field. Training skills, strong interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge on psychosocial program, experience in NGO/INGO and familiarity with district area will be advantages.
 
 
TRANSLATOR/ ADVOCACY OFFICER (CHILD PROTECTION)
Translator/ Advocacy Officer will be responsible in developing and adapting advocacy materials for child protection activities with local and provincial partners and take responsibility for qualitative translation to Bahasa Indonesia or Acehnese or English and vice versa for  advocacy material to be used in child protection activities
 
Qualifications :
Minimum university degree with 2 years experience in relevant field. English and Acehnese are mandatory. Knowledge on Child Protection principles and program will be an advantage.
