JOB PURPOSE To support GL- SD module in SAP to ensure that all business requirements are met - through SAP enhancements To ensure operations support for SAP and any other systems used in GL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES (TO INDICATE THEIR DUTIES PERFORMED) 1. Define and evaluate user requirements together with IT engineers / consultants 2. Resolve operations-systems issues before seeking help from Help-desk - as a first line support 3. Advise business users on SAP enhancements requests from a business point of views as well as the IT views 4. Enhancements lead and documentation on systems changes 5. Provide training to users for systems knowledge transfer 6. Acts as a first point of contact for IT on SAP issues resolution 7. To be able to communicate effectively on SAP issues and topics to IT, business users. 8. Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager MINIMUM REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1. Good IT knowledge 2. Competency in initiating and implementing SAP - SD module 3. Good understanding of Logistics Operations 4. Independent, resourceful and takes initiative 5. Effective communication skills at all levels MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. Master with relevant experience OR 2. Degree in Computer Science with preferred 0-4 years relevant experience or equivalent OR 3. Diploma or less with at least >5 years relevant experience or equivalent - SAP knowledge or experience preferred
