FYI...if anyone is interested, I belong to KathleenDaelemans.com; got 
to check that spelling. There is a terrific "support group", which is 
mostly food related, sharing healthy recipes, giving support, etc. 
Kathleen is a chef on FoodTV but they've cut her time down to once a 
week........bummer. She is on NOW at 11:30 ET for a half hour but I 
believe that's changing next month. Check it out, you have nothing to
