Hi Courtney.....I gained 30 lbs. of course not overnight (gee, how did THAT happen) when I quit smoking (YAAAAY) nearly 7 years ago. I put a patch on and never looked back AND I smoked about a pack a day for at least 40 years. So, I'm taking baby steps again and it IS coming off. Three years ago when I returned from our 1st trip to Italy, I looked at the pix and almost cried. So, I dropped 25 lbs. over the course of months and have kept most of it off. Kudos to US!!!
