On one of the web sites about quiting there was the suggestion to pick
up a book and read instead of lighting up  I'm sure it would work for
some, but what I needed was a new bedtime routine. Instead of sitting
browsing the net and smoking, I now do what most normal people do and
read till I'm tired. I have found I need different coping skills and
routines for various times during the day. I too have a bunch of
different sugar free various small lollies I keep nearby. Everyone in
the household has now quit so that helps too. No easy way to have 'just
one'.  :-)

Mind I have put on a few kilos in the last few years but I'm tackling
one thing at a time!
