Re: What is the rule on journaling on a book? ---- Some people journal as soon as they receive a book. Others like to wait until after they have read it so they have something to say. And you never know with the mail service.... I think it would be fine to send a polite PM saying "Hey, just wanted to make sure you got it since I didn't get mail confirmation."
