RIght on the mark...Marko. I think we should put this issue to rest. 
Quite enough has been said from all sides...IMHO. I collect signed 
books and have 43...or 44 at last count. All but one I have purchased 
at the time of the authors' reading. Wed. I am going to see Alexander 
M. Smith and am really excited about that. I started reading his 
Kalahari Typing School for Men with my adult student and we are 
having a great time with it.
