I also printed out the top 100 list, taped it on the wall of my cube where everyone can see it, highlighted all the ones I've read (only 46 out of the 100, so far), and put a sign above that reads "IT'S BANNED BOOKS WEEK - READ A BANNED BOOK!".
The people I work with suffer from a depressing lack of interest in anything other than what is 2 feet in front of their faces. I am always trying to get people involved and interested (in anything). I suspect I'll one day be in trouble for this sort of thing (you can't believe how uptight some of my coworkers are), but what's the point otherwise? I hope you all have a good week, and good reads. ~mags BCID: magsblue --- In [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > I printed out the 100 Most Challenged books and think I'll start going down > the list. > One's I've already read: > > Harry Potter Series > Bridge to Terabithia > Some Goosebumps Series > The Witches > The Handmaid's Tale > Blubber > To Kill a Mockingbird > James and the Giant Peach > Lord of the Flies > How to Eat Fried Worms ------------------------ Yahoo!
