As the response to my last question was so successful, I thought I'd ask another.
I read a chic lit novel within the past couple of years, where the female protagonist was living in a flat which was in the middle of renovation. Workmen were always around and she had an open plan toilet (!). At one point, I remember her clomping about on a wooden floor with studded shoes on (possibly golf shoes). My sister and I agree that this was a very funny book, but neither of us can remember the title. As I give so many books away, I probably don't have it any more. Anyone recognise it? love and luck Linda ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> $9.95 domain names from Yahoo!.
