It varies from Bookcrosser to Bookcrosser, but is generally around 10-20%. The single best way to increase your catch rate is to make the book into one that is distinctively a Bookcrossing book, by marking it up with as many labels and stickers and stamps as you can fit onto it. There are any number of designs available for download, or you can buy the official items from the Bookcrossing store. Just ask in the forums and you'll get all the help and advice you can use! You can increase your catch rate by using OBCZs, but to my mind this is a bit like shooting ducks in a barrel, and I find it more sporting to leave them in truly wild places. -- Peter in Canberra ------------------------ Yahoo!
