I usually wait two or three days, and then send a second PM. If there's no reply within a day of that, I move on to the next person in line. Sometimes PMs do not get through, or people are away from their computer for a couple of days (especially around the holidays), so replies can be slow. The last time I sent out a flurry of Wish list PMs, I only had three replies to every 10 PMs. It was a little discouraging (doesn't anyone want free books? *grins*), but the people I did connect with were very happy to have a wish fulfilled, so it was worth the effort. For those who are new to bookcrossing, or haven't heard of wish lists before, it's a companion site to Bookcrossing. You type in the name and author of books you'd like, and other BCers can search the titles/wishes when they've got a book to share.
