Yay! I loved this book! But it has been a few years since I read it. It was recommended to me by a particularly onery(sp?) friend and I could never tell if he liked it because he identified with Ignatius, or if he was romanced by the story about the author. For those who don't know, John Kennedy Toole committed suicide. His mother found the manuscript and submitted it to a publisher. He won the Pulitzer posthumously. I think he was the only author to do so. -tabby90
