I am reading Presumption of Death by Perri
O'Shaughnessy. The authors are a sister writing team.
This book is part of a series with the main character
of Nina Reilly, an attorney from Lake Tahoe, Calif.
This is the 9th book. The stories are legal thrillers.
In this book she is currently in Carmel to defend her
friend accused of arson and murder. It is starting out
to be another winner. I was fortunate to meet Pamela
O'Shaughnessy when she came through our town promoting
one of her books and I was lucky to have it
autographed. Her sister Mary (Pamela + Mary = Perri)
had broken her leg and was unable to attend. I would
highly recommend these books to anyone who enjoys
legal thrillers. I have read them in order, the first
one is Motion to Suppress.
