Oh ok! I have a lot of family and friends around your way (Franklin Square/Malverne). Actually I have family all over LI going almost as far out as Montauk. Houses are crazy here too. Around here they are going for $500-800K for attached, small, one and two families with small to no yards and a lot of these need work too. Outrageous! We rent an apartment at a decent price and therefore will probably be stuck here forever-lol! Seriously though, I really like where we are, convenient to everything, good schools for the kids, etc... so I really can't complain.
