Not a bag, but individual books (53) in one day to 53 different 
wild-release locations.

I wouldn't worry about RABCKing them. Wild release the lot.

Do a drive around your district and drop one at a time off at places 
like phone boxes, laundramats, ATM machines, rotunda's, cafes, park 
bench-seats, playgrounds, seats in malls etc. Those that are outside 
exposed to the weather could be in a ziplock bag but the rest I wouldn't 
worry about protecting as such. Have fun, explore your district and wild 
release.
