Unfortunately there is no answer for this. I've tried
giving books to people I know who enjoy reading and
spend money buying books. So far only two of them
have journeled any of these releases. I have several
hundred books in the wild with no journal entries
coming in.
I believe a number of books I've left in coffee shops
are being read but not journaled. From time to time I
go by and look on bookshelf where I've left them.
Many times the books are gone during one visit and
will be back a week or so later. As for friends and
relatives ... I expect the books are read and then
given away to other friends or maybe the Salvation
Army. Someday maybe I'll see a journal entry but
realize I probably won't.
