All you have to do is find a book you want to ray,
register it on BookCrossing and then announce the ray.
The most common place to announce it is in the
BookCrossing forum - the rings and rays area. Most
people post the web address for the journal entry of
the book they're sending and ask for participants.
It's also a great idea to announce it here on this
email list for people who don't read the BC forums
much.
Once you do that, people will either email or send you
personal messages (PMs) saying they'd like to join up.
It's your responsibility to put the names in a
certain order (your choice) and post it either in the
book's journal entry or on your BC profile, so
everyone will know where they are in the shipping
order. After that, you get an address from the first
person in line and send the book on its way.

meddling as you like :)
