Time was when I would have agreed with you.  His last two or three,
though, have been disappointing.  They read as if they had been
written by a 6th grader.  I'll try another time or two, hoping he'll
get his old style back.  BTW, my son met him at a bookseller's
convention and said he was a real SOB.
