Never had this problem myself. Perhaps the author used a pen name originally and you have an early copy? When I checked on Barnes & Noble the book comes up when I type in MJ Cahill and nothing comes up at all for MaryJane Salk. Guess you could put it in and just edit the details to show both names and make a journal entry explaining what happened.
