re:libraries again. just to put in a positive note for our patrons, a lady just
came up to me to ask for a book recommendation saying she is a voracious reader
and sure enough she had read everything I mentioned: the Kite Runner, A
Thousand White Women, David Sedaris(she didn't like - I think this is a
generational thing) and on and on. Finally sent her off with Patricia
Cornwell's Jack the Ripper, Case Closed. Sometimes non-fiction is the way to go
with people who have read so much fiction.
I am also impressed by how much people in the group read. Wow.
