Actually, it's the city of Guadalajara doing some mass-registration/release 
thing.  According to the forum, Ron has checked this out and okayed it.  I 
don't know all the details, but I'm sure Ron will spill 'em if anyone wants 
more info. (Thanks to GoryDetails for following this up through the forum for 
those of us who were scratching our heads and wondering what was up--it's taken 
me nearly three years of sporadic work to register 8,000 books, so I was really 
puzzled at how someone could register 15,000 in a week--even pjlareau took a 
while to get where he is!)
