It seems to make more sense if each group (BookCrossing, Vegetarians, etc.) 
paid one fee for ALL
their groups across the world.  Then each group could contribute to the pot.  
Plus, it wouldn't
discourage people from being an Organizer--especially the Organizer of a small 
branch that is
still trying to get enough members to warrant a meeting.

How about sponsorships?  (Coca-Cola could sponsor NASCAR groups, M&Ms could 
sponsor Chocolate
Lovers, etc.)

Ok, just a couple of ideas that I'm throwing out there.
