Sandra,

The reason you aren't getting the emails is because like me, you are using 
Gmail. 

They are showing up at the bottom of the email you sent it from. 
In Gmail you get all emails with the same subject in the same email, rather 
then having say 11 different emails on the same subject, you'd only see one 
in the list but it would show with this (11) at the end of it. 
So when your email comes in you might not notice it since its just part of 
an email you've already read.
