It's the computer program you use to access the Internet. I was 
wondering if it may be causing you to have problems using the BC site.

If you have by mistake registered the same book twice, just go to the 
book details on your bookshelf & edit them to reflect the title & 
details of another one of your books. Just make sure you label the right 
book with the right BC-ID. ;)
