Recently I have wondered if there is a way to do a "Bookcrossing Junior" 
aimed at kids and teens. They could have their own bookshelves, release 
sites, etc. - but the content would be restricted to books that are 
suitable for youngsters.

Is this feasible? If so, how could we create such?
