That part really got to me as well.  I also loved the image of all the children 
together in the water.

A few days ago I finished 'Tuesdays with Morrie', another beautifully written 
book by Albom and another one that really gets to you at the end.

Last week I read 'The Color Purple', by Alice Walker, yet another wise and 
moving story.  My latest stategy to getting through MT. TBR is to read all of 
the short books and send them on their way.  Turns out all the short books I 
have picked up are emotional and full of life lessons.  I might have to switch 
over to something a bit longer but lighter before I'm buried under a pile of 
soggy Kleenex.
