Hi Yvensong - there's an historic railway station at Burlingame, but I'm not too familiar with the area. Up and down El Camino Real you would find a lot of release spots - cafes, things like that. Whether there are any OBCZs I don't know.
It's funny. I'm partway through planning a release trip/historical marker hunt up the peninsula...if I don't go tomorrow it'll be next week. We'll just miss one another.
