Hi, Good question! I have a booklet about the British Columbia plaques, but I don't think there is a list on line. I'll check & if not, I'll start jogging someone in the provincial govt to do that!
There is a list of a few plaque sites for British Columbia women on the Women's History Network of British Columbia website & I'm working to add to that right now. (I'm the webmistress.) www.members.shaw.ca/whnbc There are quite a few municipal plaque programmes in B.C. also. I think there is information about more of Victoria, B.C.'s plaques on line somewhere.
