When I signed on Friday they did mention a $10 yearly fee but offered me a
free charter membership for a year. I?d be willing to pay $10.00 a year
because it is so well thought out and takes the stress out of trading. ~

I've been using it for months and am very happy with it. Also check out
Title trader.

HYPERLINK "http://www.titletrader.com/"http://www.titletrader.com/ I like
Paperback Swap a little better, but TT is free for the basic service and PBS
says they will start charging in a few months.
