There are a lot of hardbacks on paperback swap. Most of the time you can
see what binding the book has by clicking on the book and reading the
details. I know I have received hardbacks and also I have registered a lot
of hardbacks.

The title of the site is a bit deceiving.

One thing to do in case you have an ISBN number that a site doesn't
recogonize is to go to amazon.com then search in their book section for that
book. (since the majority of all book sites use Amazon to look up books)
Once you find that book click on it. Then if you look at the internet
address bar you can see the ISBN # for that book. Usually this is the first
line of numbers you will see. Just make sure the book you looked up on
amazon is hardback or paperback. I know this can take a while but sometimes
I also have the same problem with a site not recogonizing an ISBN number.

For example this internet address from amazon on a book called Free Land
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0803279140/qid=1120451843/sr=2-2/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_2/103-5551592-7848601

If you look at it the first line of numbers you see 0803279140 is the ISBN #
for that book.

Hope this helps you out a bit.

Jen
