Is she part Persian by any chance? I have another friend with a Persian mix who freaks out when she showers and I have a Himalayan Persian that just about has a panic attack every time I take a shower. I can't even begin to describe the racket she can make on the days I dare to lock her out. As soon as I am out of the shower she jumps up in my arms and I'm never been sure who is comforting who. I tell her it's traumatic but I've been telling her that for 10 years and she still doesn't believe me. :-).
