I also like journalling the books.  It's nice to have to pause a minute and 
think about the book I just read.  To decide what I think about it and express 
it into words before just moving on to the next book.  Bookcrossing makes that 
easy, and I don't have any issues with the site.  You must have just hit a bad 
time.
