India Ink (pen name used by author Yasmin Galenorn).

This is a terrific read, a cozy mystery, but "intelligently cozy",
vs. chick lit or silly/cozy. Very enjoyable!

Lydia Wang, newly crowned beauty pageant winner & local "Queen of
Mean" is found murdered in Venus Envy, a local bath and body store.
And, the store's new Mirror of Aphrodite -- not for sale -- that
Lydia demanded to buy is missing.

Persia Vanderbilt does double duty, blending custom scents, perfumes,
bath salts, etc. while trying to clear one of Venus Envy's employees
in Lydia's murder. (Receipes for bath formulas included in book :)

Strong believable plot, likeable, strong female characters of *all*
ages (there are guys in the book too) ... a very enjoyable read!

Yasmin Galenorn writes the cozy mystery series Chintz 'n China if
anyone reads that. I liked "Scent to her Grave" so much I did my
first ever pre-order at amazon for #2 in the Bath series, A Blush of
Death, coming out in March 2006.
