Hi Mandi, Thanks for the welcome! Tampere is the second biggest city in Finland after the capital Helsinki, 200 km north of Helsinki. The Swedish name is Tammerfors, which it's not commonly used as this is mainly Finnish speaking area. If you've travelled by train from south to north in Finland, it's very likely that you've went through Tampere. Which places did you visit during your trip?
