That's awesome! Congratulations. I am still waiting for someone to catch one
of mine!

Katie Green <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: I usually hate Mondays, but
yesterday got off to a great start. I woke up to find a new journal entry for a
book I wild released while visiting the Princess Diana exhibit at the Dayton
Art Institute. There was about an hour and a half wait to get into the exhibit
(after waiting 20 mins to buy tickets) so I put the book (Revenge of the
Middle-Aged Woman) on a chair next to the queue. It was still there as I went
into the exhibit so I thought maybe it was a lost cause. Not true! Not only did
the person journal the book, but they also joined AND used me as their
referring memeber! I'm absolutely thrilled! I haven't released many books, but
it feels good to have that first catch under my belt.
I really think one of the major things that helped my book be caught was the
yellow sticky on the front and the bookmark inside, both from the BC supply
store. I honestly didn't think they would make such a big difference, but I
think they both attracted attention. Also, the "Referred by" box at the bottom
of the bookmark (on the back) I'm certain is why I now have a tell-a-friend
referral on my bookshelf!
Happy reading (and releasing)!
