The relays display in most-recent-offer-first order, so if you check 
in daily you only need to scan the first few items, to the point where 
the "time remaining" shows they've been in place for more than a day. 
[The site used to change the color of the items that were new since 
you last viewed it, but I don't know if it still does that - I admit I 
don't participate as much as I used to.] 

I believe you can hide relays you're not interested in to thin down 
the list a bit - look for the little box at the right of each listing. 
[I don't use this myself; my technique is to set the "relays per page" 
to "All" so I can get everything on one web page and use the 
browser's "find" button to look for specific titles, keywords, or 
relay names. But if you know you aren't interested in audiobooks or 
children's books or the reverse-wishlist relays you could hide them 
and not have to browse past them anymore.]
