Here's a link to the one I've used.

I printed out a stack and handed them out when I went to a book promotion by
Perri O'Shaughnessy. She even asked me about BC while autographing my book.
I've hung this flyer up at work and left them around town.
  Hope this helps.

As I was cleaning out my desk and trying to organize my Bookcrossing
supplies, etc, I found a pack of paper I used to use when I worked in a library
that would make great flyers to promote bookcrossing with. Does anyone have
any samples of flyers, posters, etc, that I could use to promote Bookcrossing
in our area?
     Thanks a bunch!
