If you send the M-Bag this coming week I think it will
arrive in time for the convention. On average, an
M-bag to Europe takes 3 months to get there. The ones
I've sent to the Ukraine took a month longer so I'd
give it a 4 month time frame just to be on the safe
side of your target date.
