Rebekah,
A ring goes all the way back to the originator, like a big circle. A ray goes
straight out and ends up with the last person.

Subject: [BookCrossing] BC Lingo

I'm sort of new here, been lurking for a few days. I was wondering if anyone
could fill me in on the BookCrossing lingo. I think I got most of it but I want
to make sure I do have the right ideas. I recently found out what RABCK is but
what's the difference between a book ring and a book ray? And if anyone can
clue me in on any other terms I might encounter I'd appreciate it.

 Thanks!
